In order to complete your registration with Priory Contractors Limited we require proof of identity to comply with the rules regarding money laundering. Please send us the original of one of the following documents:

Signed UK Passport
Current UK or EU photo driving licence
EU member state passport or identity card

Tax

You must provide a Form P45 from your previous employer.

If you cannot supply a P45 then you must complete a Form P46 (available on request).

Tax will be deducted at basic rate until one or the other of the above has been received.
